Today’s Nails: Essie // Eternal Optimist
Happy first of November! Hope you guys had a fun and safe Halloween.
I tend to hate the color pink, especially on my mails. But last winter I developed an obsession with dusty, muted pinks and subsequently fell in love with this polish— I admit, partially because of the name. Upon my request, my little sister bought it for me as a late birthday gift. Eternal Optimist is a dusty, warm-toned pink. In some lights, it almost looks like a pink-leaning nude. Either way, it looks polished and natural rather than super girly. Unlike many of it’s “baby pink” counterparts, it requires only 2-3 coats for complete opacity and applies much more evenly. This is my staple pink, and I highly recommend it.
